- We ship anywhere in the Continental United States.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through PayPal. This keeps you safe and secure. Once you enter the PayPal Gateway you may choose to use a credit card INSTEAD of PayPal.
- We guarantee to ship all in-stock merchandise within 3 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back-order and you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
- You can check the status of your order online, call or e-mail us.
- We will ship directly to you using the United States Postal Service.

- All orders shipped within Pennsylvania will be charged Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
- All returns shall be made within fifteen days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt documenting the transaction. Returned items may be exchanged for alternate merchandise or store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be tendered. No refunds on shipping.
- Any item that arrives to you damaged will be repaired free of charge. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt and returned with the original sales receipt documenting the transaction.
- Special orders are not returnable.
